Hibernation is very important for those of you who operate a computer. The shutdown dialog box of Windows XP does not offer any longer the hibernation button. Some users may be confused about how to enable hibernation mode. If this mode is supported by your motherboard (ACPI), you should do:
1. Click Start and Shut Down,
2. Point the standby button and maintain the shift key is pressed,
A new hibernation button appears
