Create Account Standards on Windows 7

Actually very easy to create a Standard User.
the steps are as follows:

1. Open the Control Panel
2. In the User Accounts and Family Safety
3. Click Add or remove user accounts.
4. Click Create a New Account.
5. Then type the user name we want.
